Aims and Scope

The Journal of Dairy Science and Biotechnology is a quarterly journal devoted to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge concerning dairy food science since 1981. It publishes original research papers (regular article), research note, short communication or review articles covering the scientific and technological aspects of dairy chemistry, biotechnology, processing, engineering, and microbiology of dairy products. This journal is published and distributed by the Korean Society of Dairy Science and Biotechnology.
